HTG exits Raumfeld
High-Tech Gründerfonds has exited specialist provider of multi-room audio systems Raumfeld GmbH.
The vendor acquired a stake in Raumfeld in January this year with a seed financing investment. According to HTG, the buyer will strengthen the company's selling power and also provide strategic benefits for Raumfeld.
Raumfeld has developed software for audio systems which allow customers to listen to music in various rooms with wireless speakers which can be controlled via remote control. The company was acquired by Lautsprecher Teufel, a direct distributor of loud speakers and home cinema systems.
