CapVis sells Ticketcorner Holding AG
CapVis and the other shareholders have sold ticketing company Ticketcorner to strategic investor CTS EVENTIM AG.
Founded in 1987 and based in the Canton of Zurich, Ticketcorner has a workforce of 130 employees and offers the public around 3,000 Ticketcorner sales points, a call centre and an Internet portal. Ticketcorner sold a total of 9.3 million tickets and generated net sales of approximately CHF 35 million, a normalised EBITDA of just under CHF 9.7 million.
