Baker & McKenzie appoints senior counsel

Previously, Zagorski worked at Lovells for five years. She also gained four years of experience at Allen & Overy as a counsel and advised on transactions in the Middle East.

In her new role, Zagorski will support the team as a qualified solicitor for England and Wales and as a European lawyer. She has a long-established and subject-specific expertise and has advised on all aspects of financial transactions. Her focus lies in complex asset finance structures and leasing transactions.
