Gamma MezzoPreneurs back Henn
Gamma MezzoPreneurs has provided mezzanine funding for the management buy in of Martin Ohneberg.
The investment emerged from an auction process starting at the beginning of the year.
Ohneberg will take a majority stake in the companies Henn and Amasond from founder Willi Sonderegger, who will keep a minority holding.
Dornbirn-based Henn GmbH & Co KG was founded in 1990 by Dr Willi Sonderegger. The company is a producer and supplier of high-tech hose connecting systems for the automobile industry. Henn employs about 25 members of staff and had a turnover of €20m in 2010.
