Hogan Lovells loses nine to Morrison & Foerster
Law firm Morrison & Foerster has poached all of Hogan Lovells' Berlin-based partners to open its first German branch.
The new partners are Jens-Uwe Hinder (tax and real estate), Hanno Timner (employment and data privacy), Karin Arnold (corporate), Dirk Besse (corporate M&A), Eckhard Bremer (competition), Andreas Grünwald (TMT regulatory and antitrust), Thomas Keul (litigation), Jörg Meissner (corporate M&A) and Christoph Wagner (M&A, TMT regulatory and media).
Hinder and Timner will act as the branch's managing partners.
Morrison & Foerster's office in Berlin is the firm's third European branch, with further offices in London and Brussels.
This marks the firm's second office opening this year, with the launch of an office in Singapore in January.
