Mountain Partners acquires Netstart Venture
Swiss VC Mountain Partners has acquired Cologne-based Netstart Venture and the 10 investments in its portfolio.
Mountain Partners was already invested in online marketing start-up RegioHelden and online rating system Customer Alliance alongside Netstart Venture.
Netstart was founded by business angel Tobias Kollmann, who will continue to use the brand name for his lecture, seminar and workshop offerings. The bulk of Netstart's investments were made in 2012, although the VC acquired a stake in SEO controlling and monitoring company SEOlytics in December 2011.
Zurich-headquartered Mountain Partners is currently invested in 60 companies in the technology, digital media, SaaS and transaction-based services sectors.
