
IK Investment acquires Hansa Group
IK Investment Partners has acquired the sanitary fittings provider Hansa Metallwerke AG, including subsidiary KWC AG.
Hansa Group is headquartered in Stuttgart, employs approximately 1,000 people and recorded revenues of €194m in 2009. IK will support product development and growth in domestic and selected international markets.
This is IK's fourth investment in 2010, following the acquisitions of GHD, Colosseum Dental and Agros Nova.
