
3i acquires Amor in SBO
3i has acquired German jewellery distributor Amor Group from Pamplona Capital Management for an undisclosed amount.
The deal will be closed after it has received regulatory approval, which is expected in the coming months. The investment will strengthen Amor's market position internationally.
The Obertshausen-based supplier operates in 14 countries and provides jewellery at mid-range prices. Amor distributes about 8m accessories annually through various channels at over 1,400 points of sales. Pamplona Capital acquired Amor in 2006.
