
Deutsche PE backs DID Industrieleistungen and Sonesto
Parcom Deutsche Private Equity has made two investments through its fund Parcom Deutschland I in temporary staffing providers DID Industrieleistungen GmbH and Sonesto.
Both companies will work together under the roof of DID Industrieleistungen Holding but keep its own brands. The capital will be used to grow both companies organically and external and open further offices in Germany.
The Dusseldorf-based DID Industrieleistungen currently employs 500 staff. The company is a provider of temporary staff for specialized industries such as Energy & Power Services, Electrical and Industrial Services. In 2010 DID Industrieleistungen opened nine offices across Germany.
Sonesto was founded in 1999 and is based in Oldenburg. The company provides human resources services in the North-West of Germany. Sonesto operates at five locations and employs 600 people.
