
DZ Equity Partner exits Curamik Group
DZ Equity Partner has sold Curamik group, formerly known as Electrovac AG, to US-based technology company Rogers Corporation for an undisclosed amount.
Curamik is a producer of ceramic boards, called DBC substrates, and has its main plant in Eschenbach, Germany. DBC substrates are used for efficient thermal management and high-performance electrical power management.
The company employs 600 members of staff and operates in Europe as well as Japan and USA.
DZ Equity Partner acquired Curamik Group in 2007 from Bank Austria Private Equity-Fonds UBF.
