Ashurst appoints new partner for corporate practice
Ashurst has expanded its team by appointing Lars Jessen as a new partner it the Munich office.
Jessen joins the company from Norton Rose where he specialised in private equity and M&A, advising investors, creditors and corporates on restructurings and special situations.
Ashurst's German corporate practice divisions in Frankfurt and Munich focus on advising investment banks, finance institutions and corporates on M&A, private equity, restructuring, special situations, corporate finance and equity capital markets transactions.
