Private Equity firm Pinova Capital has acquired shares in Invent Umwelt- und Verfahrenstechnik from an existing shareholder.
Pinova says it plans to expand the company on an international level.
Invent Umwelt- und Verfahrenstechnik Ag is a service and product provider for the mixing and aeration of water and wastewater treatment. The company was founded in the mid-1980s and is based in Erlangen.
