
XAnge et al. back Qeep
XAnge has led a multi-million euro series-B funding round in mobile gaming and entertainment platform Qeep. It was joined by KfW, and BDMI.
BDMI, the Venture division of Bertelmann, also participated in the company's first funding round in 2007. The new capital will be used for product development and further international expansion.
Cologne-based internet company Qeep was launched by social entertainment network developer Blue Lion Mobile GmbH in 2006. Qeep runs a mobile community which provides live multiplayer games, blog photos, text messages and virtual gifts. The platform has users from over 200 countries.
