Auctus acquires Noventiz

The capital will be used to expand the firm's presence in the German and European waste management market.

The Cologne-based company was founded in 2007 and provides custom-made take-back and disposal solutions for all kinds of waste management. The service also includes recycling of transport packaging, electronic scrap and batteries as well as customised solutions for site disposal.
