
GCP announce three new mezzanine partners
GCP have appointed Peter Artenberg and Véronique M. Martineau as mezzanine partners. Also Georg Bauer will support the GMP Mezzanine Partner as well as the GMP Investment Comittee.
Peter Artenberg is currently managing partner at Convalue Investment GmbH, and has over 15 years of experience. He has worked for Roland Berger Strategy Consultants before joining the in-house consultants group of Mayr-Melnhof Karton AG. He later launched PURE Performance GmbH, together with Mayr-Melnhof Karton AG finance director Herbert Noichl.
Martineau has been working with Artenberg since 2006 as Chief Restructuring Manager and Senior Advisor for Convalue Investment GmbH. Before joining Convalue Investment GmbH she worked for law firm Goriany & Partner and other international companies. She has been a board member in several institutions and was involved with the restructure of prominent Austrian companies.
Georg Bauer started his career with AGATEX Feinchemie GmbH about 15 years ago. He is managing partner and has expanded the chemical group to being a market leader in its niche sector.
