NORD Holding takes a stake in Avista Oil AG
NORD Holding has taken a stake in Avista Oil AG for a double-digit million euro amount.
Avista Oil collects and refines used oil and emulsion at its three collection subsidiaries and two re-refineries. With approximately 380 employees, Avista processes 290,000 tons annually of used oils and emulsions into base oils and lubricants at its two refineries in Germany and Denmark.
