
Constellation Capital appoints managing partner

Swiss private equity firm Constellation Capital AG has appointed Ralf Flore as managing partner.
He joins the company from Heliad Private Equity Partners were he has invested in more than 10 German and Swiss companies operating in the service sector. During his time at Heliad, the firm's assets under management grew tenfold.
In his new position, Flore will be responsible for building up the Constellation II Private Equity Fund (Luxembourg) investing in majority as well as significant minority stakes of growth companies in the service sector in the DACH region.
