Heliad Equity Partners' Print 64 in administration

According to Druck&Medien the managing directors of parent company, Leipzig-based RT Reprotechnik, have left the company. Dr Achim Ahrendt was appointed as administrator and will assess the company's options.

Private equity firm Heliad Equity Partners acquired RT Reprotechnik in 2007 for €8.4m. Print 64 is based in Norderstedt and was added to the RT Group in January 2010.
