Silverfleet boosts German team
Silverfleet Capital has appointed Falko Westphalen as an investment executive in its Munich office. Westphalen joins from Jefferies International, where he was an analyst.
The hire is the second in four months for the European private equity firm, having recently expanded its team in France with the appointment of Frederic Chiche, also as an investment executive. Silverfleet is also recruiting for its London team.
The appointement comes after a busy year for Silverfleet in Germany. In 2009 the firm acquired sausage business Kalle for EUR 212.5m, and exited Jost World and BST, both German portfolio businesses.
