Equita buys Schock
Equita has acquired German sink manufacturer Schock GmbH together with the management from investment company Capital Management Partners (CMP).
The capital will be used to continue the expansion of the company. CMP bought the firm in 2000 and restructured the business.
Regen-based Schock GmbH is a developer and manufacturer of granite sinks. The business had a turnover of €34m in 2010 and employs about 210 people.
