HTGF invests in two companies
High-Tech Gründerfonds (HTGF) has announced two further investments.
WeSustain GmbH is a new company established by former SAP executives that develops and sells software for enterprise sustainability management.
The undisclosed amount will be used to support the development of the first software release and market launch of the product. WeSustain’s product comprises modules for the areas of governance, stakeholder management, operations and reporting, as well as collaboration and communication.
In conjunction with Bayern Kapital, HTGF has also agreed to finance Böhner-EH. The investment will enable the business to move forward with its product development in a targeted way and enter into cooperative arrangements with international partners.
Böhner-EH has developed an electric-hydrostatic drive (EHD) that combines the benefits of electric and hydraulic systems.
