Terra Firma sells Tank+Rast for €3.9bn
Terra Firma has closed the sale of Tank+Rast higher than expected, with a deal value of €3.9bn and a cash on cash multiple of 7.5x.
The new sale price sees Terra Firma reaching a substantially higher price than the €3.5bn that was previously reported.
