Since 2000, Morrison has worked at Alliance Trust Equity Partners where he was responsible for Central and Eastern Europe and the UK. Previously he worked for Bank of Scotland, British Linen Equity, Isis Equity Partners and Fisher Hoffman & Sithole. He has experience in managing growth and venture capital transactions.
