Corona Equity Partners restructures management
Private equity firm Corona Equity Partners (CEP) has restructured its management, appointing a new CEO and a new supervisory board member in the same week.
The Munich-based company's newly appointed CEO is Olav Keibel, taking over from Alexander Kögel, who left the company for health reasons.
The company's board is joined by Christian Bretthauer, taking over from Thies Eggers after being elected at CEP's annual general meeting on 4 July.
Corona focuses on the German-speaking market where it aims to invest in mid-market companies that have annual revenues of at least €30m. Its latest investment was the geographical expansion of its 100%-owned portfolio company SBF Spotlight, a European-wide lighting technology firm.
