Flick Gocke appoints new partner
Law firm Flick Gocke Schaumburg has appointed Dr Helder Schnittker as new partner for its Berlin office.
Schnittker joins the company from Alpers & Stenger in Hamburg, where he expanded the private equity practice. His experience in private equity fits in with the activities of Flick Gocke Schaumburg, which is regularly advising private equity funds on their transactions.
