Bidding heats up for Siemens hearing aids unit
Hellman & Friedman, Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co and Australian Cochlear Ltd have teamed up in a bid for the hearing aids business being sold by Siemens AG. Other interested bidders are said to include Bain Capital, Cinven, and Permira, with bids due at the end of February.
