Hogan Lovells makes new hire
Hogan Lovells has hired Lars Benger to the firm's Dusseldorf office in order to expand its private equity practice.
Benger will join the company in May this year from Clifford Chance's private equity team in Frankfurt. He has worked on M&A transactions for large- and mid-cap private equity firms and has experience of cross-border LBOs.
Hogan Lovells has recently advised the founders and management of Natural Products Worldwide on the sale of the business to Inflexion Private Equity, as well as Kelso Place on its acquisition of fashion brand Nicole Farhi.
