Hannover Finanz invests in Paper + Design GmbH

The transaction was organised by corporate finance advisers @visory Partners.

Wolkenstein-based Paper + Design GmbH is a manufacturer of table decoration products such as napkins, table cloths and candles and was founded in 1999. The company has a turnover of €36m.

Nord holding acquired Paper + Design GmbH in 2005 for €50m in an auction from private owners.
