Change Capital acquires stake in Schneekoppe
Change Capital Partners (CCP) has acquired a 75% stake in German food producer Schneekoppe Group.
The company's managing director Gerald Wagener will retain a 25% stake. CCP believes that Schneekoppe offers an exciting platform for growth. It will work alongside the existing management and shareholders to fulfil its growth strategy.
The company was founded in 1923 and produces natural and healthy food such as muesli, fruit bars and energy drinks with purely natural ingredients. Schneekoppe has a range of new products that are set to launch soon.
