Earlybird Venture Capital has invested in a medium single digit million euro round in Yoom.
Hamburg-based Yoom GmbH runs Yoom.de, an online platform for tenant-to-tenant residential real estate transactions. The platform enables current and new tenants, landlords and asset / facility managers to execute the tenant changing process without involving real estate agents, while at the same time providing an economic benefit for all parties. The company was founded in July 2008 and the site went live in December 2009.
