
DPE closes second fund on €350m
Deutsche Private Equity (DPE) has closed its second fund on €350m and acquired its French partner Parcom, according to reports.
German lower mid-market investor DPE has closed its second fund after reaching its €350m hard cap, reports suggest. The GP also bought out its partner, with which it raised its first fund Parcom Deutsche Private Equity, which closed on €250m in 2007, media reports added.
DPE was founded in 2007. The GP provides €5m-€50m equity investments in German, Swiss and Austrian middle-market companies with enterprise values of €10m-€150m. Investments include iloxx (already exited), DID Industrieleistungen and Sonesto.
