Cognetas set to sell three German firms
Cognetas is said to be considering the sale of several portfolio companies. The companies are auto supplier KSM Castings, garden pond equipment producer Oase and advertising agency Commarco.
According to rumours Cognetas has instructed Jefferies to manage the sale of KSM, Macquarie with the sale of Oase and Rothschild with for Commarco.
Aluminium parts supplier KSM, which supplies car manufacturer such as Volkswagen, could achieve €300m as sources say.
Media reports state that the sale is part of Cognetas' plan to exit the remaining investments of its €1bn fund, raised in 2001.
