Nord Holding sells Digital Video System
Private equity firm Nord Holding has exited Digital Video System (DVS) AG to electronics group Rohde & Schwarz.
The former owner sold its 40% stake together with the three founding partners.
Hanover-based DVS AG was founded in 1985 and currently employs 100 members of staff. DVS is a manufacturer of hardware and software for digital film and video post-production. The company has a turnover of about €20m. Nord Holding acquired DVS in 2000 for an undisclosed amount.
