Invision acquires César Ritz Colleges Group
Invision Private Equity has acquired 100% of the shares of César Ritz Colleges Group from the shareholders Martin Kisseleff and Bernhard Schwestermann.
The investment will be used to further grow the colleges in the Swiss Canton of Valais and also globally.
César Ritz Colleges Group is an international hotel management school and started as Hotelconsult Management Company in 1982. The business employs 140 members of staff and has more than 10,000 graduates from more than 60 countries. The hotel management education specialist has two colleges in Switzerland and academic affairs in six affiliated colleges in Australia, New Zealand, India, United Arab Emirates, Iceland and Spain.
