Waterland invests in Hanse Orga
Waterland Private Equity has invested in German financial software developer Hanse Orga, unquote" can reveal.
Waterland confirmed the investment, but declined to comment further on it. A source close to the deal told unquote" that Hanse Orga's owners and founders, the Lindemann family, decided to bring Waterland on board in order to boost international expansion. They hope to develop new products and win over international customers.

Waterland follows a buy-and-build strategy with its portfolio companies, usually making several bolt-ons with each platform. In a recent Deal in Focus, unquote" explored the investor's strategy with post-acute clinic chain Median.
