
Invision buys TonerPartner
Swiss-German private equity house Invision has acquired a majority stake in German e-commerce business TonerPartner.
The printing supplies business recently expanded into the Swiss and Austrian markets. Under Invision's tenure, TonerPartner intends to expand further, into the French, Dutch and Spanish markets.
Julian Zweers, managing director of TonerPartner in Germany, will continue to oversee the company's operations.

Founded in 1993 and based in Gevelsberg, TonerPartner is an e-commerce business focused on ink, toner and printer cartridges. The customer base comprises both businesses and private consumers. TonerPartner has 60 employees.
