
eCapital invests in BrandMaker
German VC eCapital has provided growth financing for Karlsruhe-based marketing software developer Brandmaker.
The funding will be used for further expansion.
BrandMaker marks the sixth investment by eCapital's fourth fund. The vehicle was launched in January this year and has a target of €100m. eCapital aims to build a portfolio of around 15 companies in sectors such as cleantech and software.
Previous funding
Brandmaker raised a $30m venture round from Pinova Capital and L-Bank in September 2014, according to information platform Crunchbase.

Founded in 2008 and based in Karlsruhe, Brandmaker is a marketing software platform.
It claims to enable businesses to optimise their marketing operations by offering an end-to-end product from planning to personalised customer engagement for lead generation.
