
Credo and Talis co-led a €4m series-A for Price FX
Prague-based VC Credo Ventures and London-headquartered investor Talis Capital have led a €4m series-A round for pricing optimisation software developer Price FX.
In a statement, the company said it will use the capital injection to expand its business internationally across North America, Europe and Asia, as well as expand its sales and IT teams.
Prague-based venture capital house Credo injected capital from its second vintage, Credo Stage 2, a vehicle that held a first close on €34m in April 2015, short of its €40m target.

Established in 2011 and headquartered in Pfaffenhofen, Germany, Price FX develops a software offering pricing optimisation tools that allows medium and large corporates to gain visibility and control over their margins and profitability.
