
Waterland-backed Hanse Orga bolts on Dolphin
Waterland Private Equity-backed Hanse Orga Group has bolted on US-based software development company Dolphin Enterprise Solutions for an undisclosed figue.
The deal sees the acquirer expand into North America and consolidate its position in the accounts processes and data management space. It will also expand its fraud prevention capabilities.
Following the deal, Dolphin's management will remain in their existing roles.
Waterland originally invested in German financial software developer Hanse Orga in September 2016.

Founded in 1995, Dolphin is a software developer focusing on process automation and data management for SAP customers. The company is headquartered in Morgan Hill, California, but has offices in San Jose, Philadelphia and Toronto.
