Castik Capital acquires Inet-logistics
Buyout firm Castik Capital has acquired a majority stake in transport management software company Inet-logistics.
Transport and logistics company Gebrüder Weiss is reducing its stake in Inet-logistics but will remain a minority shareholder. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
With the new investment, Inet-logistics will expand its capacity, standardise products and look to strengthen its global presence, according to a company statement.

Inet-logistics is a software developer specialising in transport and logistics. The company was founded in 1999 and is headquartered in Dornbirn, Germany. It has offices in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the US, China and Thailand, and partners with 9,000 transport providers and 11,000 suppliers worldwide.
