42Cap, HTGF and Littlerock in €1.8m round for MoBerries
42Cap, High-Tech Gründerfonds (HTGF) and Littlerock have invested in a €1.8m funding round for human resources network MoBerries.
The company will use the new funding to develop its technology and expand internationally. Also investing in the round were business angels Michael Brehm, Thomas Baum, Magnus Tessner, Tim Stracke, Paul Schwarzenholz, Björn Kolbmüller, Roman Kirsch and Joachim Bernecker.
HTGF was attracted to the company's client base and novel membership model, which avoids traditional hiring fees.
Company
Founded in 2015, MoBerries is a Berlin-based human resources network. The company developed its technology with a group of customers referred by VC firms. Companies that sign up to the service share the candidates they do not hire with other users of the service, thereby cutting down on hiring fees. According to its website, the company currently has around 2,000 opportunities advertised at 150 partner companies.
