Heliad in CHF 6m series-B for Muume
Heliad Equity Partners has taken part in a CHF 6m series-B funding round for Swiss financial technology company Muume.
The company announced that this funding leads to a post-money valuation of around CHF 40m.
The lead investor is a Swiss VC firm that has chosen to remain anonymous. Unnamed business angels also took part in the round.
Muume will use the new funding to strengthen in its core markets in Germany and Switzerland, and continue to expand into neighbouring countries.
Previous funding
In June 2016, Heliad led a CHF 2.2m series-A for Muume. Hans Thomas Gross and Swiss family office Keller also took part in the round.

Headquartered in Cham, Muume is a platform for digital self-service purchases that consumers can use on their smartphones. It can be used for shopping in stores, ordering and paying for a service, and for shopping on the internet. The company now has additional offices in Argentina, Germany, Moldova and Poland.
