Renaissance Capital buys JLS Digital
Swiss VC firm Renaissance Capital (formerly Vinci Capital) has purchased a majority stake in JLS Digital from investment company Investnet and private investors.
The company's management team will retain a minority stake in the business alongside Renaissance. JLS simultaneously announced the promotion of COO Patrick Minder to CEO.
The fresh capital will be invested in the adoption of new technologies such as augmented reality and intelligent, context-sensitive digital signage.

JLS was founded in 2013 and is based in Switzerland. It is a digital strategy and marketing agency employing 65 people. Its clients include UBS, Postfinance, SBB, Swisscom and Raiffeisen Forum. It has offices in Luzern and Zürich.
