Jadeberg backs €2m round for CS Group
Jadeberg Partners has invested €2m in exchange for a minority stake in Swiss data management company CS Group.
The VC firm made the investment using capital from its second growth capital fund (MCF II), a €43m vehicle that held a final close in June 2014 and is currently around 80% deployed.
The investment will be used to support the continued internationalisation of the business with a focus on North America, Japan and the Asia-Pacific region.
Company
Founded in 2001, CS provides product information management and data management software to 200 corporate customers. The company generates revenues of around €15m and employs 200 people directly and an extra 100 through its implementation partners. It is headquartered in Zurich and is in the process of opening offices in Australia, Japan and the US.
