
Alpina acquires Syncos
Alpina Partners has acquired Syncos as part of its enterprise resource planning software buy-and-build strategy.
The GP invested via the same holding company that acquired Oxaion in April 2015 and Cimdata in September 2016.
Snycos will be integrated into the larger group, which focuses on software products for the manufacturing mid-market.
Company
Syncos was founded in 2014 as a spin-off from innotec Systemtechnik. It develops software for machine production and advanced planning and scheduling. The company is based in Schwelm in north Rhine-Westphalia and employs 45 people, according to publicly available documents.
