
UnternehmerTUM leads €10m series-A for 3YourMind
UnternehmerTUM Venture Capital has led a €10m series-A funding round for 3D printing software developer 3YourMind.
VC firms Coparion and AM Ventures, as well as machine tool manufacturer Trumpf, also took part in the round.
3YourMind will use the fresh capital to expand its presence in the US and expand into Asia.
Previous funding
3YourMind raised a seed round of undisclosed value in 2014 before AM Ventures backed its first institutional funding round in 2015.
Company
3YourMind was founded as a spinout from the technical university of Berlin in 2014. It employs a total of 40 people in its offices in Berlin, Breslau, Munich and Silicon Valley.
The company develops software for the industrial application of 3D printing. It recently entered the StartX accelerator network in Silicon Valley.
