Main Capital buys Jobrouter
Dutch GP Main Capital has acquired a majority stake in Germany-based workflow management software company Jobrouter for an undisclosed sum.
Main Capital will support Jobrouter's growth with strategic add-on acquisitions aimed at internationalising the business.
Jobrouter founder Fritz-Jochen Weber said that Main Capital convinced them it was the right strategic partner in the first meeting with its deep software knowledge.
Main Capital is predominantly focused on the Benelux market but has expanded its operations to the DACH region in recent years and has made 8.11% of all its investments in Germany, according to unquote" data.
Company
Founded in 1994 and based in Mannheim, Jobrouter is a workflow and document management software developer. It aims to automate business processes and reduce costs. Its customer base includes EY, Thomas Cook and ThyssenKrupp, according to a press release.
