
Jolt Capital leads $12.5m series-B for Eyeota
French venture capital firm Jolt Capital has led a $12.5m series-B funding round for Berlin-based consumer data startup Eyeota.
Berlin-headquartered VC firm Project A Ventures and Singapore-based Qualgo also took part in the financing.
The series-B follows a year of steady growth in all regions for Eyeota, especially in North America, according to a company statement.
The fresh capital will be used to invest in more data and products, and strengthen Eyeota's presence across all regions with strategic hires and new partnerships.
Previous funding
Project A led an $8m series-A for Eyeota along with E.Ventures, Infinity Ventures and the Global Brain Corporation.

Founded in 2010, Eyeota is an audience data company with offices in Berlin, London, Melbourne, New York, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo. It sells audience data to advertising and marketing firms, and advises them on their campaigns. Eyeota has 100 platform partners and sources its data from 30,000 publishers and data suppliers, according to its website.
