
One Peak leads $22m funding round for Spryker
UK growth investor One Peak Partners has led a $22m funding round for Berlin-based commercial software developer Spryker Systems.
Existing investors, including Berlin-based Project A Ventures, also took part in the funding round.
Spryker will use the fresh capital to expand its international footprint and support product development initiatives.
Previous funding
Project A led a seed round for Spryker in November 2014, and joined up with Cherry Ventures and BPO Capital to provide another funding round of approximately €5m in June 2015.
Company
Founded in 2012, Spryker develops a modular enterprise software framework. The software has modules for various purposes including online shopping, customer relationship management, and payment management; it also integrates with internet-of-things devices. Its clients include Hilti, Tom Tailor and Lekkerland.
The company has offices in Berlin and Hamburg, and employs 100 staff.
