Capnamic, ProFounders lead €4m series-A for NDgit
Munich-based Capnamic Ventures and London-based ProFounders Capital have led a €4m series-A funding round for German banking software platform NDgit.
Existing investor Dieter von Holtzbrinck Ventures also took part alongside other private investors.
The fresh capital will be used for further European expansion. NDgit plans to expand the team from 30 to 50 people in the next three months.
In the last three months the company has acquired six European banks as customers and has a revenue run-rate of €2m after quintupling its sales in the last 12 months.
Previous funding
Dieter von Holtzbrinck invested €1.5m for a 25% stake in NDgit in March 2017.
